Marty Mulholland
From age -0.5 to age 13 Marty was forced to listen to and play classical music. Many household radios with the tuning knob glued made sure of this.
When starting high school he thought "The guitar was so much cooler!" Sampling many styles and playing in a stack of cover and original bands through and after high school, Marty never gave up on two simple things - Acoustic Guitar and his Voice.
Not aiming to be the melancholy muso, rock star or idol, he believes in quality music and the enjoyment it can bring people. This attitude landed him in many pubs, bars and clubs all over Sydney playing to many happy punters and fans on the solo scene.
During the day Marty spends his time as a recording engineer and general music-nerd
Teaming up with Chris in 2004 spawned the Chris and Marty Show, and the fight over whose name goes first has never ended... stay tuned.
Chris Peridis
Music and entertainment has always coursed through Chris’ blood.
Coming from a family of entertainers, he was on stage from a very early age, but where his family excelled in acrobatics, cabaret and dance, Chris fell in love with musical instruments.
He soon realised “the louder, the better!" Starting on Trumpet at age 6, he moved to drums, guitar and bass, playing in many different styles of bands from jazz to hard rock.
His own style comes from many different avenues, most notably blues/rock and funk.
Although he considers himself a jack of all trades, master of nothing, his natural playing ability and stage charisma has made him a hit with the ladies (and the odd man...)
Keeping his obsession with music obvious, he is currently the national advertising manager for Australian Guitar Magazine.
